Park Golf is hiring friendly, energetic, and versatile Team Members to help bring our outdoor golf-meets-social-hangout experience to life. All Team Members will be cross-trained in multiple roles — bartending, bar support, guest check-in, bussing, and general hospitality — so the team can flex wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Check-In

Greet guests warmly and verify IDs
Provide course and venue information
Assist guest flow during busy times

Bartending

Pour beer, wine, and simple cocktails; follow TABC guidelines
Maintain a clean, stocked bar and operate POS

Bar Support

Restock beverages, ice, and supplies
Keep bar areas clean and assist with opening and closing tasks

Floor Support & Bussing

Clear and reset tables quickly
Maintain cleanliness across lawn, patio, and common areas

General Team Operations

Support events, leagues, and programs
Jump into any needed role and communicate effectively

Qualifications

No prior experience required — just a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain TABC certification
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests
Strong work ethic and ability to move with urgency
Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather
Able to work evenings, weekends, and event nights

Physical Requirements

Stand and move for extended periods
Lift or carry up to 40–50 lbs
Work outdoors in heat, humidity, and changing weather
Move quickly and safely in a dynamic environment

Park Golf is looking for an Activation Manager to be the heartbeat of the venue — building recurring programs that bring people back weekly, and hosting the outside groups who choose us for their event. You'll own two lifecycles: program (idea → build → run → improve → repeat) and customer (first contact → planning → live event → return). This is a builder and host role — you create the reasons people show up.

What You'll Own

Internal Programming

Build and run recurring leagues, themed nights, trivia, bingo, and seasonal series across the Pitch & Putt course, Punchbowl green, courtyards, and Wiffle Ball field
Maintain a rolling 90-day calendar
Design experiences for key audiences: leagues, college nights, military, families
Track participation and iterate

External Events

Own inbound event leads (corporate, nonprofit, private groups) start to finish — inquiry, planning, execution, follow-up
Host each event personally with smooth setup-to-completion execution
Partner with GM on pricing and structure

Community & Brand

Turn one-time guests into regulars
Incorporate music, games, and contests that reflect the Park Golf vibe
Coordinate with GM, bar, and ops for seamless execution

What You Bring

2–5+ years in event programming, hospitality, sports/recreation, or community engagement
A track record of owning something end-to-end — planning and follow-up, not just day-of
Proven ability to manage a live calendar of overlapping programs and events
Comfortable moving between a loud trivia night and a corporate outing, same week
Bonus: league-building or entertainment background
