Park Golf is a new kind of neighborhood hangout built around hospitality. Picture the park you grew up in, with something fun for everyone: a firepit and a cold beer, live music with friends, or nine holes of pitch & putt. Neighbors don’t stop by, they stay for hours, and every moment from the parking lot to the goodbye is a chance to make their day. Short Holes. Long Hangs.
Everyone who walks in is a Neighbor, and everyone on the team is a Host. Every Host is cross-trained on check-in, bar, and bar support, so you’ll never be stuck in one spot and the team can flex wherever the night needs us.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every Neighbor. Greet everyone with a smile, ask how they’re doing, and find a way to help.
- Run a great bar. Pour beer, wine, and simple cocktails quickly and within TABC guidelines. Ring up every drink, every time.
- Keep the bar rolling. Restock beverages, ice, and supplies before anyone notices they’re low, and help open and close so every shift starts clean.
- Own your area. Bus and clean without being asked so every corner of the park feels ready for Neighbors. The small things are what make the experience great.
- Make the big nights happen. Help set up and run leagues, live music, buyouts, and community events, and bring the energy that makes Neighbors want to stay.

Requirements
- No experience needed. We hire for attitude and teach the rest.
- 18 or older and able to obtain TABC certification.
- Available evenings, weekends, and event nights, our busiest times.
- Comfortable working outdoors in Texas heat, humidity, and changing weather.
- Able to stay on your feet for a full shift and lift 40 to 50 lbs.
